Paul brings over 15 years of diverse experience to Melange Capital Partners, having held roles in the alternative investments, client services, finance and accounting.

Most recently, Paul was an Associate Director at the University of Texas/Texas A&M Investment Management Company (UTIMCO), where he was a lead member of the Operational Due Diligence team covering investment managers across asset classes in private equity, public equity, and real assets.

Prior to UTIMCO, Paul was a Specialist at the Texas Permanent School Fund on the Operational Due Diligence team covering similar alternative investments. Paul began his career working in public accounting within the audit practice of Ernst & Young in Houston then transitioned to the forensics practice of PwC in Washington DC. After that, he worked in Houston for utility companies covering US power at Direct Energy and then derivatives at Calpine.

Paul graduated with a BBA and MS in Accounting from the University of Houston.
